Our company has standardized the FRP box products model. Adhering to the customer-oriented principle, our company has developed the customized products alongside the standardized products. The FRP boxes are made of materials including DMC and insulation resin, and it adopts sheet metal brackets as the structural supports. This design not only meets the structural strength requirements, but also reduces the weight and size to the maximum extent, thus can do its part in the reduction of operating cost of the train. The material of the box is flame-retardant according to EN45545-2 requirement. These boxes has been serving on Chongqing Rail Transit line 1, line 10 and Beijing Rail Transit line 13.
