Automatic Testing Station

The testing station is equipped with 0~1000V voltage regulator, multi-voltage intermediate transformer, triple-frequency generator and other equipment. After inputting product parameters through the upper computer(PC) software, the wiring method is automatically selected through the lower computer(PLC). Therefore the testing station can complete all product tests in one connection and automatically analyze and calculate data through FLUKE power analyzer.

The maximum test current of reactors can be up to 2000A, and the maximum test capacity of our transformer can be up to 35kV, 4000kVA. The saturation current of our reactor adopts German ED-K equipment, the maximum can be up to 3000A.
