Pneumatic presses are installed at the front of 2 machines, which work together with the automatic tensioning frame to ensure that the coils are tightly wound and the inductance, load loss and temperature rise are controlled to the optimum value.

Products such as motors or transformer coils can be dehydrated and degassed during the vacuum stage by vacuum pressure impregnation, reducing the impact of impurities such as water and gas on insulation; During the pressure impregnation stage, insulating paint can be used to penetrate into the insulation structure under pressure, strengthening the overall insulation, thereby improving the insulation level and improving the electrical performance of the product.
