

HTXL Air- cooled Monorail Vehicle Traction Filter Reactor
The power supply system of urban rail transit vehicles usually obtain DC voltage from DC power supply network. Generally, the DC voltage of the power grid is either 1500VDC or 750VDC. The traction inverter VVVF and the auxiliary inverter SIV transform to output different AC voltage values to the power supply equipment on the train. The line reactor and the filter reactor functions to stabilize the system, limit the DC side capacitor voltage fluctuation to the allowable range, filter the ultraharmonics, suppress the circuit current when the inverter has short-circuited and provide the inverter switch elements with condition for current exchange.
Due to the frequent start and braking of subway vehicles and the high peak power of braking, the DC side current of the main circuit of the traction system is in the state of step or sawtooth wave, and the peaks vary greatly. Therefore, the DC side line reactor is designed to be air-cored, and its inductance value is almost unaffected by the DC side current. In order to better meet the need of heat dissipation, our reactors are designed to be air-cooled and self-cooled according to the structure characteristics, both being able to achieve satisfying heat dissipation effect. Our reactors are usually mounted underneath the locomotive, therefore their size and weight are strictly limited and their structure stability, waterproof and moisture-proof performances are highly required.
