Our company designed the YBHDMC panel disconnector through independent research. This product is operated by the linkage on the panel which is installed as an exposed cabinet. The uncased part of the disconnetor is made of stainless steel to reduce the risk of rusting. The disconnector has an auto seated function and can be locked internally, so as to avoid any offset during operation. The built-in square panel lock can only be unlocked by the corresponding square socket key in order to prevent any unprofessional operation. Meanwhile, each position of the switch and the locking positions is equipped with a feedback device, which can correctly reflect the specific state of the switch through the feedback signal. The internal structure of the disconnector is modular in design, thus effectively increase the creepage and structural strength, making the disconnector more stable and safer in use. Panel and in-case installation available, both provide IP65 protection. The installation size has been further optimized to meet the customer’s need in cabinet size. The disconnector can be flexibly adjusted in numbers of switch circuits and the carrying capacity of each circuit as customer requested. The product has been serving on Low Floor Vehicle in East Lake, Wuhan and for projects in Romania and Israel.
