This product is integrated with six reactor coils, which can be used as six reactors simultaneously. Through computer-aided design and electromagnetic simulation calculation, the inductance values of the six reactors can be designed separately and controlled within prescribed limits. By arranging these six coils coaxially and forced-air cooled by axial blower, we improve the utilization rate of materials, save the installation space greatly and control the total weight of products effectively. The coil of the reactors are made of high quality wire and turn-to-turn insulation material of excellent insulating performance, so as to effectively reduce the partial discharge of the product, greatly improve the operation safety of the product and guarantee the service life of the product. After having the whole reactor impregnated in insulating paint and cured by heat, it obtains good electrical insulation and mechanical property. Because of its easy maintenance and reliable operation, this product has been installed on Chongqing Rail Transit line 2 and line 3, and has been running steadily for more than five years.
