
Series reactors are used in series with capacitors in low-voltage reactive power compensation cabinets to effectively absorb grid harmonics, improve system voltage waveforms, and increase system power factor. They can also effectively suppress closing inrush currents and operate overvoltages and effectively protecting the capacitors.
The core is made of imported cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheets of high quality and low loss. The core column is divided into small segments by multiple air gaps. The air gaps are made of epoxy laminated glass cloth plate to ensure that the reactance air gap does not change during operation.
The fastener of the core part of the reactor is made of non-magnetic material to ensure that the reactor has a higher quality factor, lower temperature rise and a better filtering effect.
The exposed parts are anti-corrosive, and the leading terminals are cold-pressed copper tube terminals.
