
Compared with the air-core reactors, the core reactors have the advantages of low magnetic leakage, small size and low loss, making them more suitable for installation in various integrated cabinets.
Our company's core reactors are researched and developed in cooperation with Harbin University of Science and Technology through Industry-University-Research Collaboration program. Using the designing software developed by Harbin University of Science and Technology, combined with electromagnetic simulation, we accurately control the parameters of the product to ensure the accuracy of the design. Using gap type core, the linearity of inductance is enhanced, and the linearity space of inductance is effectively expanded.
When the product is manufactured, the core column is composed of several independent core cakes, between which insulating materials are set to form an air gap. After being assembled with the coils, the whole unit is impregnated with insulating varnish under vacuum pressure, which greatly improves the mechanical properties of the product and its ability to adapt to the environment.
