
Until now, this type of product is mainly applied to the rail transit industry. It is connected between the locomotive’s auxiliary inverter and the auxiliary equipment power supply system to form a sine wave filter in series with the capacitor that follows it. It plays the role as a filter and a voltage transformer, and protects the auxiliary equipment from the interference of high voltage in the traction system.
The key feature of the product is that there are two cores, the main core and secondary core because the filter reactor and the transformer is integrated into one product. The leakage inductance of the transformer is concentrated on the primary side through a reasonable arrangement of the position of winding and core.
We accurately determine the impedance by calculating the iron core size and air gap thickness, so as to meet the functional requirements of both the transformer and reactor. After the product being assembled, it is impregnated by insulating varnish in our vacuum pressure impregnation plant. This procedure can effectively ensure superior mechanical properties of the product and its ability to adapt to the harsh environment.
