Our company independently researched and developed the knife-switch disconnector. It is installed on the panel inside the cabinet, and its operation handle can either be a hook rod or manual. For manual handle operation we provide an anti-loose cover plate to prevent the switch from bad contact during operation. The switch bases can be produced by mould pressing for high product consistency, integration and compactness. The switch is spring compressed. In the conductive contact area, the spring is compressed to exert contact force. After the contact point being slightly worn for long-time use, the spring can still maintain the initial contact pressure. The spring’s clamping force is accurate and even, thus ensure the products’ conductivity and the reliability. The knife-switch disconnector can be assembled either independently or as part of an integrated unit. The disconnector can be flexibly adjusted in numbers of switch circuits and the carrying capacity of each circuit as customer requested. The product has been serving on standard D-Series High-Speed Trains, Chongqing Rail Transit line 1, line 9 and line 10.
